Cincinnati Style Chili

This is what we call a 3 Way in Cincinnati

Growing up in Cincinnati, we learned about Chili, Cincinnati style.  This is our version of this Greek-inspired recipe, featuring a wonderfully spicy Chili, served as either a "3-Way" or a "4-Way" and served with Oyster Crackers.
  • 3-Way--A bed of Spaghetti noodles, covered with Chili, topped with a mound of Cheddar Cheese!  Amazing!
  • 4-Way--Same as above, with Chopped Onions as well
  • Chili--For some people, they just want the Chili, and not the "Cincinnati".  Have it your way!
  • Cheese Coney--1/4 lb. Certified Angus Beef Hot Dog served on a bun with Mustard, topped with Chili and Cheddar Cheese, and Onions on request.

All our Burgers and perfectly seasoned with the juices seared in, served on a Kaiser Bun, with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickle, and Chips.  We will also make them as a Patty Melt, on Marble Rye, with Swiss Cheese, and Grilled Onions.  Either way, you're going to love these hand made Certified Angus Beef Burgers! Our Reubens are made from the Leanest Corned Beef we could find, with lots of alternatives unique to The Gardens!  Our Reubens are served with Pickle and Chips as well.
  • 1/3 Lb. Certified Angus Beef Burger
  • 1/3 lb. Certified Angus Beef Peppered Bacon Burger
  • 1/3 lb. Certified Angus Beef Bleu Cheese Burger
  • 1/3 lb. Certified Angus Beef Sauteed Mushroom Burger
  • 1/2 Lb. Certified Angus Beef Burger
  • Chipotle Black Bean Veggie Burger
  • Turkey Burger
  • Blackened Chicken "Burger"
  • Reuben--Corned Beef with Sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese on a Marble Rye Bread and Thousand Island Dressing.
  • Turkey Reuben--Eliminate the Corned Beef, and replace it with our wonderful Smoked Turkey!
  • Reuben Twist--A Gardens Exclusive!  1/2 Corned Beef, 1/2 Certified Angus Beef Roast Beef!
